Human resources manager / supervisor (Luxury, Bouns)

Job Overview:

Main responsibilities:

I. Human resources management

• Responsible for the overall human resources management of Hong Kong and Macau stores;

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including front-line and management positions;

• Handle employee relations matters, provide professional advice and maintain a good team atmosphere;

• Coordinate and arrange internal training and development projects;

• Responsible for employee attendance management, performance evaluation, and personnel file management;

• Responsible for salary calculation and payment (familiar with Hong Kong labor laws and related compliance requirements).

II. Administrative and operational support

• Provide daily administrative support to the store;

• Coordinate internal and external communication to ensure effective implementation of policies and processes;

• Assist in optimizing human resources systems and internal processes;

• Handle other human resources and administrative related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualifications (undergraduate), human resources management or related professional preferred;

• 5 years or above retail industry human resources work experience, those with multi-store management experience are preferred;

• Familiar with Hong Kong labor laws and the full process of human resources;

• Have experience in salary calculation and payment;

• Good communication and problem-solving skills, strong execution ability;

• Careful, responsible, and team-oriented;

• Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and have good time management skills;

• Preference will be given to those who have already worked and lived in Hong Kong.

Work schedule:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00

• Working nature: Full-time
