<h2>Core responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p><strong>Customer consultation and design</strong>: Actively communicate with customers to understand their needs, combine customer face shape, hair quality, living habits and fashion trends, and provide professional hair design advice (such as haircut, dyeing and perming, and care), ensuring that the solution meets the customer's expectations;</p></li><li><p><strong>Professional technical operations</strong>: Proficient in various hairdressing techniques, including precision haircutting, fashionable dyeing and perming (bleaching, streaking, perming, etc.), hair care and maintenance (deep repair, straightening care, etc.), strictly following operating procedures to ensure service quality and safety;</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer experience optimization</strong>: Pay attention to customer feelings during the service process, adjust operation details in time (such as temperature, strength, etc.), actively answer customers’ questions about hair care and product use, and provide follow-up care instructions;</p></li><li><p><strong>Product promotion and sales</strong>: Familiar with in-store professional hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, styling products, etc.), recommend them appropriately based on customers' hair quality needs, and help the store achieve its sales targets;</p></li><li><p><strong>Tool and environment management</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Technical improvement and learning</strong>: Follow up on the latest hair trend, technical skills and product knowledge in the industry, participate in internal and external training, and continuously improve professional skills and innovative ability;</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer relationship maintenance</strong>: Record the old customer's hairstyle preferences and care needs, provide personalized services; actively follow up on customers, collect feedback, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate;</p></li><li><p><strong>Team collaboration and support</strong></p></li></ul><h2>Job Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Have 1 to 3 years of regular hair salon hairdresser work experience, be familiar with cutting, dyeing, curling, and conditioning core technologies, and be able to independently complete various fashionable hairstyles design and operation;</p></li><li><p>Have excellent aesthetic ability and innovative awareness, understand the local and international hairdressing trends in Hong Kong, and be able to adjust the plan flexibly according to customer needs;</p></li><li><p>Have good communication and expression skills, service awareness, and attitude, be patient and detailed, and be able to quickly establish trust with customers;</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p></p>
