Business Analyst

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities​</strong></p><ul><li>Bridge business stakeholders (client teams) and IT teams to define, document, and prioritize project requirements.​</li><li>Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven improvements aligned with project goals.​</li><li>Support UAT planning, user training, and requirement validation to ensure IT solutions meet client needs.​</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to track requirement delivery and resolve cross-functional blockers.​<ul><li><strong>Requirements​</strong>3-5 years of Business Analyst experience in IT consulting (experience with Hong Kong clients/projects preferred).​Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and data analysis (SQL, Excel).​</li></ul></li><li>Strong stakeholder communication skills </li></ul>
