Welcome fresh graduates/ those with less experience to join, those with customer service experience are preferred<br>3. Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English (Cantonese without accent, English fluent)<br>4. Have good writing skills in Chinese or English<br>5. Understand basic computer operations, including Chinese and English typing</p>
<p>Working hours:<br>The following 4 options can be matched according to personal preference<br>①Monday to Friday 9:00-21:00, Saturday 9:00–18:00, 42.5 hours per week, 8.5 hours per day, working 5 days a week;<br> Rest: Sunday and public holidays<br>② Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) 9:00-20:00, 8.5 days per week, working 5 days;<br> Rest: shift work and breaks<br>③Monday to Friday 9:00-19:00 Saturday 9:00-13:00, long and short weeks, 8-8.5 hours per day;<br> Rest: Sunday, long and short weeks<br>④ Monday to Sunday shift, 8.5 hours per day, working 5 days a week<br> Rest: shift work and breaks</p>
