Senior English Customer Service Executive (Hong Kong)

<p>Duties include:<br>1. Provide excellent customer service to customers, answering phone inquiries<br>2. Operate the computer, process customer inquiries and input related customer inquiry information (not involving sales or customer promotion work)</p> <p>Requirements:<br>1. Secondary Five or above or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination<br>2. Welcome fresh graduates/ those with less experience to join, those with customer service experience are preferred<br>3. Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English (Cantonese without accent, English fluent)<br>4. Have good writing skills in Chinese or English<br>5. Understand basic computer operations, including Chinese and English typing</p> <p>Working hours:<br>The following 4 options can be matched according to personal preference<br>①Monday to Friday 9:00-21:00, Saturday 9:00–18:00, 42.5 hours per week, 8.5 hours per day, working 5 days a week;<br> Rest: Sunday and public holidays<br>② Monday to Sunday (including public holidays) 9:00-20:00, 8.5 days per week, working 5 days;<br> Rest: shift work and breaks<br>③Monday to Friday 9:00-19:00 Saturday 9:00-13:00, long and short weeks, 8-8.5 hours per day;<br> Rest: Sunday, long and short weeks<br>④ Monday to Sunday shift, 8.5 hours per day, working 5 days a week<br> Rest: shift work and breaks</p> <p>Others:<br>The company provides employee dormitories in Hong Kong (about 1500/month), Hong Kong MPF<br><br>Food and accommodation: Provide accommodation and self-catering<br>Contract term: Sign with Hong Kong's own company, 2 years<br>Benefits: 3 to 6 months of probation<br>Working location: Mui Wo/ Chai Wan/ Sheung Wan<br>Interview process: 2 rounds, 1st round from Guangzhou to face, 2nd round online (Hong Kong)<br>Work visa: After the interview, the company will arrange for you to apply for a work visa, and after you obtain an E-Visa and a stay visa, you will be immediately enrolled, with a cycle of 1 to 2 months.</p>
