Deskside Support Engineer (6 Months Contract)

Job Description

• 6 Months Contract

• Work in a project team to provide on-site technical support on PC, notebook & mobile device in multiple locations

• Support users in a friendly and helpful manner

• Carry out software, hardware installation and system deployment

• Record and report daily result and all incidents/requests in ticket-tracking system

• Ensure timely resolution of issues by acquiring necessary information to best measure impact to the customer

• Keep line manager and superior aware of the status and voice out outstanding tasks

• Provide other IT-related support as required by the business

• Standard office hours, Monday to Friday only

Job Requirement

• Fresh graduation is welcomed. Immediately available is highly preferable

• Diploma or higher in IT-related disciplines is an advantage

• Minimum 1 year working experience in IT support role

• Good customer handling skills

• Team player, self-disciplined and highly motivated

• Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented

• Fluent in Cantonese, good command of written English

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Support Engineer
