Job Description
<p>Our client, looking for a strategic and hands-on Compensation & Benefits Manager to design, implement, and manage their total rewards programs. This pivotal role is responsible for leading compensation and benefits, this role oversees essential HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and HRIS management.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: -</strong></p><p><u>Compensation & Benefits Strategy:</u></p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage innovative compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive positioning.</li><li>Administer annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and adjustments in line with corporate guidelines.</li><li>Design and enhance employee benefits programs, such as medical insurance and retirement plans.</li></ul><p><u>Payroll & Budget Management:</u></p><ul><li>Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Hong Kong and provide support for Macau payroll.</li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of personnel costs, promoting cost-awareness.</li></ul><p><u>HR Operations & Compliance:</u></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant health, labor, and employment regulations in Hong Kong and Macau.</li><li>Administer employee onboarding/offboarding, records management, and policy implementation.</li><li>Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.</li></ul><p><u>HR Systems & Projects:</u></p><ul><li>Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Flex).</li><li>Support HR system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes and policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: -</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Hunman Resources, focus on Compensation & Benefits.</li><li>Experience within the luxury retail or a fast-paced consumer-facing industry is a plus.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Hong Kong & Macau.</li><li>Strong technical proficiency in HRIS systems.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).</li></ul>
