Summer Course Customer Service and Sales Representative (Full-time or Part-time)

Full-time or part-time is acceptable, salary negotiable (base salary plus commission), depending on relevant work experience. The employment period is from now until July 2025 (working three days a week to six days), 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and is renewable.

Entry Requirements:

◦ Sales experience and familiarity with the Hong Kong education system and bilingualism will be given priority by our company

◦ Need to handle parent calls, emails and in-person inquiries at the front desk, and provide relevant course recommendations and sales. Employees will receive sufficient training before employment, allowing them to answer parent questions and recommend suitable courses for their children

◦ Modest and polite, proactive and serious about work. Able to accurately report daily work progress and proactively follow up with parents on inquiries and complete related course sales
