Job Title: Japanese Cuisine Chef (Vacancy Number 38142)
Responsibilities: Cooking dishes, preparing ingredients, purchasing ingredients, monitoring food inventory, compiling menus and designing dishes, monitoring food quality and sanitation, arranging manpower allocation and training employees, managing kitchen operations, and assisting other kitchen staff
Working area: 1/F GOLDEN DRAGON CENTRE 38-40 CAMERON RD TST KL
Working hours: Work 6 days a week, no shift work, 8.5 hours a day, 17:30-03:30 (1 hour for meals)
Entry Requirements: Primary 6 level, 1 year of relevant experience (no skills test required)
General Cantonese conversation, general English conversation, general Chinese reading and writing, general English reading and writing
Monthly salary: $18,660 (excluding overtime pay)
