Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage multiple store/region daily operations to ensure service quality and standardized execution
2. Optimize operating processes, develop cost control strategies, and improve store profitability
3. Build and train high-performance teams, promote employee career development and performance evaluation
4. Coordinate supply chain, marketing department and logistics department to ensure smooth operation of the business system
5. Analyze marketing data, propose market expansion and product line optimization solutions
6. Handle sudden operational issues, maintain brand image and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in restaurant management/industrial and commercial management, with preference for relevant professional qualifications
2. More than 2 years of chain restaurant operations and management experience, familiar with industry regulations, those with Japanese cuisine experience are preferred.
3. Have excellent leadership and cross-departmental coordination skills, and be able to withstand work pressure
4. Proficient in data-driven decision making
5. Be sensitive to market trends, with a combination of innovative thinking and execution ability
