General Manager

<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue, profitability and market share growth</p><p>Oversee all day-to-day retail operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency</p><p>Manage and develop a talented team of retail professionals, providing effective leadership, coaching and performance management</p><p>Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions</p><p>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business initiatives and drive synergies across the organization</p><p>Represent the company and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and distribution channels.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior management role within beauty industry.</p><p>A proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences</p><p>Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, with strong people management and mentoring skills</p><p>Excellent commercial acumen, financial management skills and data-driven decision-making abilities</p><p>Proficiency in strategic planning, project management and problem-solving</p><p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships</p><p>A degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field is preferred</p><p>Fluent in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English</p>
