<p>Job Description</p><p>- Spearhead the development and execution of holistic brand strategies to elevate market visibility and drive business expansion. <br>- Oversee brand portfolio management, leveraging deep market, consumer, and channel insights to cultivate brand demand. <br>- Direct digital marketing initiatives, leveraging CRM tools to analyze customer behavior and enhance engagement and loyalty. <br>- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, transforming data into impactful brand strategies. <br>- Collaborate with external partners (creative, media, PR agencies) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing communications. <br>- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media stakeholders, including journalists, KOLs, and influencers. <br>- Optimize advertising and promotional (A&P) investments to ensure maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness. <br><br>Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 3 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, Retail, or F&B industries. - Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing innovative brand strategies that fuel business growth. - Strong project and timeline management skills, with exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities. - Strategic and creative mindset, paired with sharp analytical skills and business savvy. - Familiarity with product and retail operations. - Knowledge of Hong Kong food labeling regulations and food safety policies. - Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with outstanding communication skills.</p>
