Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation of the control room during the middle of the night, ensuring that all equipment and systems are running normally.
Monitor the real-time status of various production or service processes, record abnormal situations and report to relevant units for handling.
Handover with the previous and next shift, fully communicate the operation status, pending tasks and special instructions.
Execute the preliminary emergency response program according to the standard operating procedure and report to the supervisor and support team.
Regularly fill out operation logs and reports to ensure accurate and error-free data that meets management requirements.

Work requirements

Applicants with secondary school education or above, those with relevant control room operation experience will be given priority.
Familiar with basic computer operations and monitoring system interfaces, able to quickly master different software tools.
Responsibility and alertness, able to adapt to the rhythm of shift work at night and day.
Have good communication skills, be able to clearly convey information and coordinate cross-departmental cooperation.
