The ideal candidate should have excellent content creation skills, data analysis thinking, and team spirit, and strive to enhance brand influence through innovative content.</p><p><br><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategy, including content creation, copywriting, community management, and customer page management, to ensure brand consistency and appeal.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, create innovative content, and enhance user engagement and brand visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and photographers to brainstorm creative ideas, produce multimedia content (such as short films, images, information graphics, etc.), and apply them to social media and digital platforms.</li><li>Monitor and analyze social media performance, create regular reports, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.</li><li>Participate in the preparation of new project proposals, assist in customer project promotion, and showcase creative and strategic abilities.</li><li>Execute assigned temporary tasks, flexibly respond to different project requirements.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3 years of content creation or multimedia editing related experience, those with digital marketing or social media project experience are preferred.</li><li>College degree or above, majoring in marketing, media, digital media or related sciences.</li><li>Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to write fluent and attractive copy.</li><li>Familiar with multimedia production tools (such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva or similar software) and social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).</li><li>Have data analysis skills, familiar with Google Analytics or other analysis tools, and able to drive decisions with data.</li><li>Pay attention to details, have good organizational and time management skills, and be good at handling multiple tasks.</li><li>Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal communication skills, with a proactive learning and adapting to rapid changes attitude.<br><br>All personal information is only used for recruitment purposes.</li></ul>
