Responsibilities * Monitor the reception counters and maintain clerical support to the daily operations * Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide one-stop service to residents * Manage residents' inquiries from all channels and achieve company's key performance indicators * Prepare regular reports * Staff are required to perform shift duty at night shift (22:30-07:30) Requirements * Diploma or Certificate in related disciplines * Holder of Security Personnel Permit (SPP) & Green Card * Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in customer service industry * Good communication, interpersonal and coaching skills * Excellent customer service attitude * Knowledge in basic PC skills * Good command in English and Chinese
