Full-stack Engineer

We are seeking a talented engineer to contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our platform by developing new features.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-stack Engineer with strong skills in both Go and Python to contribute to our serverless AWS architecture. You will work with our product manager and operation team to design, implement, and deploy microservices to automate the entire headhunting process.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend business needs and actively participate in requirements engineering and system design

• Develop microservices in Go/Python to execute various automated tasks

• Enhance our AI-based matching system and user engagement system

• Build and deploy Docker containers for execution on AWS Lambda

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment

• Produce and maintain developer-facing documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience with Go development

• 2+ years of experience with Python development

• Experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda, ECR, and serverless architecture

• Proficiency in Docker for containerization

• Working knowledge of SQL databases

• Experience with CI/CD workflows such as GitLab CI

• Experience with LancChain or other LLM integration tools

Nice to Have

• Experience of LLM-related patterns such as RAG

• Knowledge of document parsing and processing (PDF, DOCX)

• Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools

• Background in recruitment technology or HR systems
