A. Job Responsibilities

2. Academic conference planning and execution

Establish deep cooperation with international well-known publishers, seek copyright trade, co-publishing, etc. cooperation opportunities, and promote the internationalization of the company's publishing business.

4. Institutional cooperation and business innovation

Establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with universities, academic institutions, hospitals, etc., and explore innovative cooperative models such as joint publication, subscription, and customized publishing together.

Integrate various advantages resources, build academic publishing projects with industry influence.

5. Customer development and maintenance

Actively expand customer resources, establish connections with potential customers through academic conferences, industry activities, etc., and introduce service advantages.

Maintain good relations with existing customers, regularly communicate and understand their needs, provide quality services, solve problems, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Publishing project management

Responsible for the overall planning and execution of co-publishing and subscription projects, formulating editing and publishing plans, organizing manuscript solicitation, review, editing, etc., ensuring journal quality and timely publication.

II. Employment qualifications

1. Educational background

Publishing, editing, media and other related professional bachelor's degree or above, those with academic background are preferred.

Work experience

With more than 3 years of publishing industry work experience, and rich experience in customer development, agency management or co-publishing academic journals in the academic publishing field.

Professional skills

Familiar with academic publishing processes, understand academic market dynamics and trends, and have good skills in topic planning, editing and quality control.

Master the publishing laws and regulations and relevant policies, and ensure that all business activities are conducted in compliance with the law.

Communication skills
