[Company Introduction]
Duties include:
- Responsible for core technology research and development in the low-altitude economy, focusing on low-altitude flight domain modeling, path planning, obstacle avoidance algorithm and multi-agent cooperative control, etc. Core modules of coding, debugging and optimization;
- Build a low-altitude economic digital twin simulation platform based on GIS and 3D engines (such as Cesium), realize real-time modeling and simulation verification of airspace environment and flight trajectories;
- Conduct Hong Kong local and Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border on-site flight tests, responsible for data collection, analysis and algorithm iteration, verify the safety and effectiveness of technical systems, and promote the landing of R&D achievements;
- Write technical solutions, test reports and related technical documents, participate in intellectual property (patent, software copyright) application, and help the company internationalize its low-altitude technology output;
- Interface with internal and external partners and relevant regulatory agencies, participate in cross-border low-altitude technology R&D and project collaboration, and complete R&D progress reports and deliverables as required.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree or above, STEM-related major (Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Geographical Information System, etc.), graduated from QS World University Rankings top 100 universities or domestic 985 or 211 universities; with at least 5 years of work experience, including low-altitude economy, unmanned aerial vehicle R&D, airspace modeling, digital twin, intelligent scheduling related research or work experience;
- Hold a valid Hong Kong work identity, and can work full-time in Hong Kong, without participating in the Hong Kong Research Talent Pool or similar plans;
- Proficient in C++/Python programming, familiar with ROS/ROS2 development environment, with experience in path planning (A*/RRT*), multi-sensor fusion (GNSS/IMU/Radar) related projects;
- Have solid algorithm design and data structure foundation, those who have experience in digital twin platforms and 3D visualization development are preferred;
- Have good team collaboration and problem-solving skills, strong interest in the low-altitude economy, and the ability to independently design and implement a single technical module;

As a tech tenant of Hong Kong Science Park and one of the first approved entities for Hong Kong’s Low-Altitude Economy pilot projects, the Company serves as the Group’s overseas headquarters, focusing on cutting-edge sectors including low-altitude economy, digital twin, and Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border integration. It undertakes core missions of international validation of new technologies and R&D for cross-border applications. We are now inviting applications for a mid-level R&D Engineer to join our core low-altitude economy and digital twin projects.
Job Responsibilities
· Conduct core R&D in low-altitude economy, focusing on the coding, debugging and optimization of key modules including low-altitude airspace modeling, path planning, obstacle avoidance algorithms and multi-vehicle cooperative control.
· Develop digital twin simulation platforms for low-altitude economy based on GIS and 3D engines (e.g., Cesium), enabling real-time modeling and simulation verification of airspace environments and flight trajectories.
· Perform on-site flight tests in Hong Kong and across Shenzhen-Hong Kong border; conduct data collection, analysis and algorithm iteration to verify system safety and performance, and support technology commercialization.
· Prepare technical proposals, test reports and documentation; participate in intellectual property (patents, software copyrights) applications to support the internationalization of the Company’s low-altitude technologies.
· Liaise with internal and external partners and regulatory authorities; participate in cross-border R&D projects, deliver regular progress reports and achieve project milestones.
Job Requirements
· Master’s degree or above in a STEM-related discipline (Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Geographic Information System, etc.), graduated from a QS Top 100 universityor a Chinese 985/211 university.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in low-altitude economy, UAV development, airspace modeling, digital twin or intelligent scheduling.
· Valid right to work in Hong Kong, available for full-time employment in Hong Kong;no participation in similar schemes such as the Hong Kong Research Talent Pool.
· Proficiency in C++ / Python programming; familiar with ROS/ROS2 development environment. Experience in path planning (A*/RRT*) and multi-sensor fusion (GNSS/IMU/Radar) is highly preferred.
· Solid foundation in algorithm design and data structures; experience in digital twin platforms and 3D visualization development is an advantage.
· Good teamwork and problem-solving skills; strong interest in low-altitude economy; able to independently design and implement technical modules.
· Good English literacy for professional documentation and international technical communication.
