Job Description
<ul><li>Assist with service contract and license renewal tracking and coordination, including clubhouse licenses;</li><li>Prepare and verify invoices for administrative and operational expenses;</li><li>Communicate with building management for facility-related requests, updates and follow-ups; and</li><li>Coordinate and liaise with vendors for officerepairs, maintenance, and small-scale improvement works.</li><li>Degree holder in relevant discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Management;</li><li>A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in office administration;</li><li>Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility;</li><li>Good people and communication skills; and</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li></ul>
