About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our Hong Kong team. This role is pivotal in managing vendor relationships, driving cost efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting the company’s speed-to-market objectives. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners in Hong Kong, China, and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Development

• Manage and develop strong partnerships with assigned factories and vendors.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities, capacity, compliance, and performance.
• Align vendor performance with company sourcing strategy and continuous improvement goals.

Costing & Negotiation

• Lead seasonal costing and price negotiations in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Provide transparent cost analysis and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery.

Production & Execution

• Oversee product development and production schedules to support on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Technical teams to resolve challenges promptly.
• Identify potential risks and propose actionable solutions.

Cross-Regional Collaboration

• Act as a key liaison between Hong Kong, China, and U.S. teams.
• Ensure alignment on sourcing priorities, timelines, and execution standards.
• Contribute to global sourcing initiatives and process optimization.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure products meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Support factory audits, corrective actions, and quality improvement efforts.

Reporting & Process Discipline

• Track and report vendor KPIs, including cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate sourcing data and records for leadership review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Fashion, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in apparel sourcing or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, costing, and vendor management.
• Proven track record in cross-border coordination and supplier negotiations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.
