Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the Sports Bar, including service areas, storage, and equipment.
Collaborate with the Sports Bar Manager on the development and execution of marketing initiatives, promotions, and themed events.
Monitor customer feedback, address complaints, and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Assist in the coordination of food and beverage requirements and setup for specific events in the stadium.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a sports bar, casual dining, or similar high-volume food and beverage service environment.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
Proven experience in leading and training casual servers and bartenders, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with local health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
