Data Analyst (6-months) – for Data Migration

Position: Data Analyst Engineer

Work location: Remote work is acceptable, and you need to go to Hong Kong for 3 days a week in the beginning. Go and come back the same day

Job Description

1. Data Analyst (6-month contract) - Responsible for data migration work

2. Data requirement collection: Collect data migration requirements and complete the scope definition document

3. Data cleaning: Before data transformation and loading, conduct technical and business-level data cleaning

4. Data mapping: Assist in defining the data mapping relationship between AX2012 and D365, support business teams to verify all data fields

5. Data extraction: Collaborate with third-party vendors to complete data extraction coordination work from the AX2012 system

6. Data validation and testing: Perform data validation before and after migration to ensure the integrity and availability of D365 system data

7. Document writing: Organize data definitions, mapping relationships and key migration results

9. Priority condition: Have Microsoft D365 Financial and Operations module data migration experience

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, logistics or related fields

2.4-7 years of data migration-related work experience

3.English fluency, good communication skills, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics

4. Familiar with Microsoft D365 Financial and Operations module
