Responsible for online promotion strategy execution, including social platform posting, promotional material creation and release, multi-channel traffic and new user acquisition, and improving brand exposure and participation conversion rate.
Independently plan and implement various real-person game theme activities, covering onboarding and activation, member retention, and holiday marketing with different activity solutions, from ideation, copywriting to process design.
Daily maintenance of official social groups (such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp groups, etc.), proactive interaction with players, instant response to inquiries, and systematic collection of user opinions and behavioral feedback as a basis for activity optimization.
Closely collaborate with technical and operations teams, synchronize the update of activity rules, incentive mechanisms and backend settings, ensure accurate and consistent external promotion content, and avoid information errors.
Through data tracking key performance indicators (such as click-through rate, participation number, conversion rate, retention rate, etc.), regularly analyze the effectiveness, propose specific optimization suggestions and push iterative execution; part of the activities need to be accompanied by on-site support or out-of-town coordination.
Work requirements
Outgoing and proactive personality, excellent oral expression and cross-departmental communication skills, able to flexibly respond to on-site situations, and continuously propose creative and implementable activity ideas.
Familiar with mainstream social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, YouTube Shorts, etc.) operating logic, able to independently complete post planning, copywriting and basic visual coordination, with basic typesetting and image-text integration skills.
High sensitivity to the game industry, Z-generation culture, popular topics and interactive experiences, able to quickly capture user interests and transform them into activity elements.
Have self-motivation and sense of responsibility, and be willing to try new tools and media (such as live streaming, short videos, KOC cooperation, etc.) to expand and promote touchpoints, and not limited to traditional ways.
