Duties include:
1. Expand into the Mainland financial institutions, securities, banks, family offices and other channel resources; at the same time, maintain core interest-related party relationships, including Mainland investors, Hong Kong regulatory agencies and industry partners.
2. Lead a professional team to achieve operational excellence and strategic goals, promote cross-cultural collaboration between Hong Kong and Mainland teams; at the same time, supervise project execution (including client meetings, due diligence, investment reports), and strictly abide by compliance standards.
4. Responsible for integrating public cross-border financial products information (such as bond issuance terms, fund basic information, etc.) of Hong Kong licensed financial institutions, sorting out information briefs based on objective dimensions, and providing compliance reference services to customers.
6. Track Hong Kong and Mainland China's cross-border financial policy dynamics and market trends, output non-decision-making analytical reports, and provide references for optimizing company channel cooperation and upgrading services; at the same time, monitor the global virtual asset trend and focus on co-operative opportunities in the Chinese and Hong Kong markets.
7. Optimize customer referral process and information consulting service standards, complete the predetermined number of referral customers, channel maintenance quality, etc. performance indicators; at the same time, drive Greater China business growth by strategic customer development and customized investment solutions, and expand high-value customer combinations.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in economics, finance, marketing, etc., with a preference for those holding a bachelor's degree
2.3 years of experience in financial industry channel expansion, high net worth customer service and cross-border business, with priority given to those with a well-known financial institution work background.
4. Have rich high net worth individual and corporate customer resources, channel resources, and excellent customer development, communication and coordination and relationship maintenance skills.
6. Understand Hong Kong and Hong Kong's basic rules of the financial market, and endorse the company's compliance business philosophy with no record of financial industry violations.
