System Engineer

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide daily user and application support; </li><li>Ensure timely response to fault alarms and coordinate/communicate with vendors and suppliers;</li><li>Manage and track daily production issues and user requests;</li><li>Assist in project implementation;</li><li>Handle incident resolution and reporting;</li><li>Manage Windows servers;</li><li>Conduct testing, provide UAT support, and manage production rollouts;</li><li>Prepare English documentation for the IT department;</li><li>Perform basic network troubleshooting;</li><li>Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Team player with strong influencing skills;</li><li>Solid technical knowledge of Windows environments;</li><li>Well-disciplined, hardworking, and responsible;</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills;</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;</li><li>Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese and English.</li></ul>
