Based on product characteristics and prototype requirements, combined with design specifications, independently complete the design and continuous optimization of desktop and mobile user interfaces (UIs), improving product usability, operation fluency, and visual appeal
Collaborate with cross-functional units such as development, product, and operations to accurately output high-quality visual assets, component resources, and landing materials to support feature launches and promotional activities
Lead or participate in the development of project-level design systems (Design System), write design specifications with clear logic, good readability, and practical guidance, ensuring design language consistency and team collaboration efficiency
Continuously track the UI/UX trends and design practices of mainstream financial and technological products, based on user feedback and data insights, propose specific and feasible iteration suggestions, and push the solution to be executed
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in visual communication, digital media, interactive design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or related fields; accepting applicants with no academic qualifications, those with equivalent practical abilities are also welcome to apply
Have more than 1 year of network product UI design experience, familiar with page architecture, component library construction, and operational visual design in diverse scenarios; those with financial technology, banking, payment or financial products experience are especially welcome
Have front-end and back-end interface integration thinking, and be able to design common functional modules (such as menus, forms, lists, pop-up windows, page controllers, status prompts, etc.) in accordance with the user's mental model
With powerful design feature abstraction and translation abilities, you can quickly understand different brand tones and business contexts, and flexibly adapt to diverse visual styles and design needs
Have the ability to standardize and document design decisions, component logic, and use cases into reusable and maintainable design assets; those with experience in leading design partners or collaborating with newcomers are preferred.
Have Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English communication skills, be able to read technical documents in both languages and participate in cross-team discussions
Must meet Hong Kong's legal work qualifications and accept one of the following visa types: Hong Kong permanent resident, High Talent Pass (High Talent), Outstanding Talent Entry Program (Outstanding Talent), Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG), Dependent visa, or other valid work permit
