Digital Transformation Assistant Officer

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Drive Digital Transformation:</strong> Actively participate in and support the execution of our digital transformation strategy.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Assist and work closely with various stakeholders (business units, IT, users) to align goals and ensure project success.</li><li><strong>End-to-End Project Management:</strong> Plan and drive the development process for digital projects from initial concept to final implementation.</li><li><strong>Ensure Project Delivery:</strong> Manage the project lifecycle to ensure on-time and smooth completion of digital development projects.</li><li><strong>Meet Business Needs:</strong> Translate business and operational requirements into effective digital solutions that create value.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Experience in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation.</li><li>Proactive and results-driven mindset.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li><li>Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) or Agile methodologies is a plus.</li></ul>
