Assistant Merchandising Manager (Silver and Fashion Jewelry)

<p>25-35k (with double pay)<br>Diamonds, Pearls, Stones, Germany brand<br>Company size: 80staff, 5 days works, Banking Holiday</p> <p><br>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br>Developing the silver and fashion jewelry collections<br>Sourcing finished products and components suppliers<br>Monitor quality and manage suppliers to make sure supplies are in accordance to the requirements<br>Visit factories and attending exhibitions & fairs<br>Monitor the suppliers follow the material specification, standards, testing and validation<br>Work under marketing requirements including quotations, samples and orders follow up<br>Developing of a suitable suppliers’ strategy and roadmap<br>Liaise, work and follow up closely with Region / Headquarter in terms of stock request and other related merchandising and stock issues<br>Ensure logistics flows, shipments and processes are optimized and look for continuous improvement in order to shorten the lead time<br>Negotiate allocation with Region / HQ to meet assortment and firm orders’ needs<br>Report to Merchandising Manager & General Manager<br><br>QUALIFICATIONS:<br><br>DSE, F.7 or above<br>Experience in silver & fashion jewelry development and purchasing is preferred<br>Experience in diamonds, pearls, stones is an advantage<br>Organized, systematic oriented and efficient, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent team work spirit<br>Ability to pay attention to details and caution to accuracy<br>Project management skills<br>Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin<br>Familiar in using of MS Office<br>Knowledge of SAP system will be considered as an advantage<br>Travel to factories in China is required</p> <p><br>If you are interested learn more, please let me know.<br>WhatsApp:******<br>Email: ******</p> <p><br>FREE FOR JOB SEEKERS (Job seekers pay nothing)<br>All the information provided from applicants will be kept confidential and use for recruitment purpose only<br>(All information provided by the applicant will be kept confidential and will be used for recruitment purposes only)</p> <p></p>
