Duties include:
1. Responsible for arranging complex schedules for senior managers, including meetings, business trips, and conference calls,
2. Prepare the meeting agenda, write the meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
3. Assist in the writing, editing and formatting of various reports, briefings and business letters
4. Act as an efficient communication bridge between the senior management team and the internal and external environment
5. Coordinate cross-departmental administrative affairs and project execution progress
6. Process reimbursement, file archiving, and senior executive daily administrative affairs to ensure smooth processes
7. Properly manage sensitive information and strictly enforce confidentiality policies
8. Assist in arranging executive reception, business visits and important corporate activities (Hong Kong passport/Taiwan passport preferred)
Position requirements
1. Have a bachelor's degree or master's degree, majoring in business administration, language, communication or related fields
2. Legal and jurisprudence-related professions are preferred, with basic legal knowledge and contract review ability;
3. More than 5 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant supporting executives
5. Excellent writing and oral expression skills in Chinese and English (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
6. Knowledge of a third language will be considered an added value
7. Pay attention to details, have excellent time management and multitasking skills
8. Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and other business tools
9. Have good interpersonal communication skills and professional ethics
10. Work proactively, able to handle affairs independently and anticipate the needs of senior executives
