QA (RMA) Engineer - Quality Assurance Return Material Authorisation Engineer
Inspire is working with a global consulting company engaged on a long term project with a world leading AI Chip manufacturer.
Role Overview
· Manage customer complaints regarding the RMA process, ensuring timely responses and effective communication between customers and internal engineering teams for issue resolution.
· Support project implementation, including additional process enhancements and RMA system upgrades in collaboration with IT, while facilitating regular progress reviews.
· Conduct daily RMA QA analysis by collecting and reviewing customer data to meet RMA approval turnaround times.
· Lead improvement projects related to RMA processes to enhance overall customer experience.
· Assist in data analysis and reporting for internal teams.
Ideal Profile
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in product quality, test engineering, or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
· Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
