[Job Responsibilities]
1、Responsible for scheduling classes based on students' and teachers' availability, coordinating and adjusting timetables as needed;
2、Communicate promptly with teachers and assist in monitoring compliance with disciplinary management systems;
3、Manage class attendance tracking and compile statistical data on class hours;
4、Collect teaching materials (e.g., courseware) from teachers prior to classes and perform related administrative tasks.
[Job Requirements]
1、Bachelor’s degree or above;
2、Fluency in English;
3、Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software;
4、Relevant industry experience is preferred;
5、Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa or permanent residency.
