Product Technical Support Engineer

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Responsible for front-end and back-end system development technical support, focusing on implementing audio and video processing, AI service integration, etc. core modules

2. Assist in product solution design, optimize system technical architecture and performance (with special attention to AI services and video processing performance)

3. Develop and maintain RESTful API interfaces, with a focus on using the FastAPI framework to build high-performance backend services

4. Participate in audio and video processing function development, familiar with the application of ffmpeg and other tool chains

5. Familiar with various AI tool services (such as LLM, speech/image recognition, etc.) integration and optimization

6. Write high-quality maintainable code, establish coding standards and automated testing systems

[Job Requirements]

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related fields, current students or those with 1 to 2 years of work experience

2. At least 5000 lines of code, taking at least 3 months to complete an actual project
