Your contribution will include:
* Assisting the manager with warehouse operations and administrative support
* Updating and maintaining system reports including WMS, ERP, excel worksheets
* Taking responsibility for documentation and preparing reports for management review
* Supporting the manager in establishing SOPs, managing inventory including stocktaking and cycle counting
* Communicating with both external and internal stakeholders for daily operations, such as scheduling deliveries, generating analytical data, etc.
* Undertaking any additional tasks as assigned
You would be a good fit if you possess:
* A tertiary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
* One to two years of experience in Logistics Warehouse Operations, preference given to those in the Food Industry
* Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
* Requirement for five-and-a-half day work weeks and shifts during holidays
* Consideration for recent graduates with high potential
