Job Responsibilities

Responsible for providing various electrical maintenance services to family users in the Shatin District of Hong Kong, including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, and exhaust hoods, etc. common household appliances such as testing, fault diagnosis and on-site repair.

Work requirements

Have at least three years of practical experience in repairing household appliances, and be able to complete common brands independently.
Applicants who have previously worked in a large electrical retail group or the original manufacturer's after-sales service department will be given priority, provided they can provide relevant work experience.
Fluent Cantonese communication skills, able to clearly understand the customer's description of the fault phenomenon, and explain the problem cause and handling method in plain language;
Have basic electrical knowledge and safety awareness, be familiar with the correct use and maintenance of common tools (multimeter, soldering iron, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, etc.); those with a valid electrical engineering registration certificate are preferred.
Have good service attitude and sense of responsibility, be punctual and reliable, and able to adapt to flexible working hours
