Job Responsibilities

Assist Temu, the official website, Alibaba International Station, etc. cross-border e-commerce platforms for product listing, including SKU establishment, category setting
Responsible for Listing optimization, including title writing, keyword layout, five-point description and long description editing, to enhance product exposure and conversion rate
Organize and optimize product images (such as size uniformity, background processing, main image and detail image layout), and coordinate photography or design resources
Regularly collect mainstream competitive product information (promotional strategies, hot comments), process sales data (traffic, conversion, purchase rate, refund rate, etc.), and assist in outputting weekly/monthly operating briefs
Participate in the planning and execution of daily store marketing activities, such as limited-time discounts, buy-one-get-one-free promotions, and platform mega-promotions, and prepare corresponding promotional materials (copy, banner basic copy, activity page instructions, etc.)
Complete other cross-border e-commerce support tasks assigned by the team, such as platform rule updates, account security maintenance, basic advertising settings, etc.

Work requirements

Enthusiastic about cross-border e-commerce, accepting zero-based entry; those with relevant internship or part-time work experience are especially welcome
Have basic English reading and writing abilities, understand product parameters and platform operation interface, and independently complete simple Chinese and English translations (such as product features, packaging instructions)
Careful, strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and delivery quality, able to complete tasks on time and proactively feedback progress
Familiar with Excel basic operations (including data filtering, formula calculation, chart creation), and able to use tools to organize and present data
Have basic image processing skills (such as using Photoshop, Canva or MeituPic to adjust brightness, crop, add text, etc.), and be able to independently produce image materials that meet the platform's specifications
Stable attendance of 3-4 days per week, flexible time can be coordinated, and able to adapt to team rhythm and temporary needs
