Responsible for daily accounting, including bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable verification, invoice preparation, and general ledger registration, etc. basic accounting operations
Co-ordinate and push forward the monthly and annual closing processes, assist in the compilation of trial balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and asset and liability statements, etc. financial statements
Support internal audit preparation work, sort out relevant vouchers and data, and ensure accounting compliance and integrity
Handle travel industry-specific accounting issues, such as group tour fee income confirmation, supplier amount calculation, etc.
Execute temporary accounting tasks assigned by the executive supervisor and coordinate across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is transmitted
Requirements:
Have 3 years or more of comprehensive accounting practical experience; if focused on the tourism industry, at least 2 years of relevant accounting work experience may be accepted
Proficient in mainstream accounting software (especially ABSS and MYOB), and able to flexibly use Excel for data analysis, formula modeling, and report integration
Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate and understand financial documents in basic written English; Mandarin ability is an added bonus
Have good numerical sense and attention to detail, responsibility, and demonstrate good team spirit and interpersonal interaction skills
Salary and benefits:
Weekly five-day work schedule, with working hours generally from (Monday to Friday) 09:30 to 18:30
