Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the annual business planning, channel strategy formulation and decomposition implementation of the provinces under its jurisdiction;
2. Collect, organize, analyze customer business data and provide constructive suggestions or improvement plans;
3. Design retail terminal distribution and promotion plans and implement them;
4. Responsible for team management system, management process, etc. Establish and implement the system.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods and toy distribution sales;
2. Have successful experience in market strategy, marketing activities, channel performance improvement, and card game preference;
3. Have strong data analysis skills and PPT and other computer software for report presentation.
BASE Shanghai, with business trips to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan as the main focus, requires familiarity with English and Cantonese.
