Utilize the online customer resources provided by the company or self-develop network channels (such as social media, industry forums, etc.), actively contact potential customers, and introduce the characteristics and advantages of Hong Kong insurance products (including life insurance, medical insurance, investment-linked insurance, etc.).</p><p> 2. Through online communication (text, voice, video, etc.) to understand the customer's financial situation, insurance needs and financial planning, and customize suitable insurance solutions for them.</p><p> 3. Timely respond to customer online inquiries, answer questions about product details, application process, claim services, and tax advantages, thereby eliminating customer concerns.</p><p> 4. </p><p> 5. </p><p> 6. Record customer communication information and sales data, regularly report sales progress, analyze online customer behavior characteristics, and optimize communication strategies.</p><p> Strictly abide by the online sales regulations and internal company procedures of the Hong Kong Insurance Regulatory Authority, ensuring that all online promotion and sales activities are legal and compliant.</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p> 1. Education: Secondary Five education or above, those holding a qualification certificate recognized by the Hong Kong Insurance Regulatory Authority (such as IIQE1.3) are preferred.</p><p> 2. Experience: Candidates with online sales, insurance sales or online customer service experience are preferred, familiar with Hong Kong insurance products; those with no experience can undergo system training.</p><p>3. Skills:</p><p>Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good writing and oral expression skills, those who understand English have an advantage.</p><p>Familiar with network communication skills, able to flexibly use social platforms (such as WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, etc.) and online meeting tools (such as Zoom)</p><p>Have basic computer skills, be able to use office software and the company's online sales management system fluently.</p><p> 4. Qualities:</p><p>Strong sense of purpose and sales drive, able to adapt to the flexible rhythm of online sales.</p><p>Strong learning ability, able to quickly master insurance product knowledge and network marketing New tools and methods. </p><p></p><p>Benefits</p><p> 1. Salary: Base salary + high commission on sales + online promotion bonus, monthly salary can reach HKD 20,000-60,000 (depending on performance).</p><p> 2.
