Manage the support team during events and develop the team's work plan.
Oversee the management, storage, and deployment of IT equipment used during events.
Handle team personnel scheduling and change management, providing guidance to the on-site technical service team.
Respond promptly to escalated IT incidents and coordinate relevant resources.
Ensure the normal operation of IT equipment during events.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Associate degree or higher, preferably in Project/Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
Experience: At least nine years of experience in computer operations and maintenance, with five years of on-site customer service experience and a minimum of two years in team management. Experience managing large-scale event IT teams is a plus.
Project Skills: Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to understand and analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and arrange effective solutions. Strong multitasking ability, extensive team management experience, outstanding customer service skills, and excellent communication skills. Able to work effectively in high-pressure environments. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and external equipment. Flexible work schedule.
