Fund middle office management

<div>Duties:<br>One. Responsible for the full life cycle management of fund projects, from establishment, issuance to post-investment operation, etc. Smoothly carry out each link;<br><br>Three. Review fund issuance documents to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.<br>Four. Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants and other professionals to ensure the smooth progress of the fund establishment process.<br>Five. Follow up on investors’ entry progress and ensure that all required documents are completed on time.<br>Six. Analyze post-investment data, evaluate fund performance and identify optimization directions.<br>Seven. Work closely with the investment team to provide product design and optimization suggestions<br><br> <br>Requirements:<br>One. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least two years of experience in Hong Kong fund middle office management;<br><br>Three. Have in-depth understanding of Hong Kong fund market, familiar with the operation process and risk management of Hong Kong fund products<br>Four. At the same time, we have offshore Cayman and BVI fund management experience<br>Five. Have web3 work experience<br>Six. Base in Hong Kong<br></div><div><br></div>Job Responsibilities<br> <br>1. Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of fund projects, ensuring seamless execution across setup, launch and post-investment operations.<br> <br>2. Conduct holistic due diligence on prospective fund investments, encompassing financial analysis, legal review and operational assessment.<br> <br>3. Vet fund offering documents to ensure full adherence to regulatory mandates.<br> <br>4. Liaise with legal counsel, accountants and other professionals to streamline the fund establishment process.<br> <br>5. Monitor investor onboarding progress and ensure timely finalization of all requisite documentation.<br> <br>6. Analyze post-investment data to evaluate fund performance and pinpoint optimization opportunities.<br> <br>7. Collaborate closely with the investment team to advise on product design and enhancements.<br> <br>8. Coordinate with third-party service providers (e.g., legal advisors, company secretaries, custodians) to ensure the accuracy of legal documents and application materials, facilitate cross-party communication, and deliver timely progress updates to management.<br> <br>Job Requirements<br> <br>1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 2 years’ middle-office management experience in Hong Kong’s fund sector.<br> <br>2. Strong project management capabilities; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and deliver outcomes on schedule.<br> <br>3. In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong fund market, with proficiency in operational workflows and risk management of Hong Kong fund products.<br> <br>4. Hands-on experience in fund administration for offshore jurisdictions (Cayman Islands, BVI).<br> <br>5. With relevant Web3 work experience<br> <br>6. Hong Kong-based.
