Drive market development and accelerate revenue growth across the Asia- Pacific and global markets (excluding the EU and MEA), further strengthening and expanding the company’s established international presence.
Identify market and application, build-up strong relationship with strategic customers.
Collaborate with product development team to plan and manage project timelines, lead from design-in through commercial negotiations, from initiation to closure across the Asia-Pacific and other priority markets.
Expand market development and simultaneously accelerate revenue growth in Asia-Pacific and global markets (excluding the EU and MEA).
Initiate and manage OEM, ODM, JDM, EMS projects across the factory, project managers and strategic customers.
Negotiate commercial agreements (pricing, terms, MoUs, NRE charge, etc.) with support from project development, legal and finance teams..
Represent the company at customer meetings; travel extensively across APAC and other territories.
Provide deal reviews, risk assessments and executive updates.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within consumer electronics, IoT devices, or mobile phones.
Ability to generate new business in IoT devices, smart devices or consumer electronics.
Strong relationship‑building and presentation skills with customers, project development teams.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin and Japanese is strongly preferred for multi-market engagement.
Frequent travel across Asia Pacific and other global territories to engage customers and partners.
