Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and trendsetting Account Executive to join our team and provide support to our account services efforts. The successful candidate responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients. They act as the main point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring that clients’ needs are met, and service expectations are exceeded. This role involves strategic account management, problem-solving, and driving customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Work with relevant internal and external partners to provide project and sales support
- Maintain project milestones and order processing status by working with internal team to ensure timely completion of key activities
- Ensure documentation trail for projects order is completed on time
- Ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction with information provisions
- Highlight to and work with partners to resolve variances against plan
- Give visibility to project status and documentation changes
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing / Engineering / Business Administration / Supply Chain or related discipline
- 2-3 years of account services in toy or consumer products
- Prior experience in product development and prior management in Toy or Consumer products is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in using ERP system
- A team player and must have aptitude working with different cultures
- Self-motivated, logical thinking and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills with high proficiency in both writing and spoken English and Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
