Job Description
1. Use various financial data analysis tools to participate in the discovery and processing of various data and indicators;
2. Perform statistical analysis on large amounts of market data, build effective models;
3. Research and development of quantitative investment strategies;
4. From transaction execution, risk control processing, etc., continuously optimize and improve the initial strategy from all aspects.
What you'll do:
You will be developing and implementing quantitative strategies in options/futures for our Central Equity and Tactical Trading team.
You will work with senior researcher(s) on the full life cycle of the research process, including data processing, signal construction, backtesting and implementation.
You will be responsible for conducting data-driven research, analyzing financial data, and creating quantitative models to generate insights and optimize our trading strategies.
We would love you to bring your creative thinking to expand our research efforts in our research process.
Position requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above from top domestic and international universities in computer science, statistics, mathematics, electronics, physics or other related fields, with preference for those with work or internship experience in quantitative strategy;
2. Solid mathematical foundation, excellent research ability, those who have published high-level academic papers are preferred;
3. Proficient in one or more programming languages (C++, Python, R, etc.);
4. Have keen insight, quick reaction, and profound thinking ability, those who have experience in IMO, IOI, NOI, IPHO, ICPC competitions are preferred;
5. Have good time management skills, communication and coordination skills, team collaboration skills, and rapid learning abilities.
