Culinary staff in the kitchen

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparing all dishes in the store kitchen, ensuring that the quality of the output meets the standard and meets the needs of customers.

2. Complete the necessary preparation work for the ingredients, including cutting, processing, and storage.

3. Maintain the kitchen environment's cleanliness and hygiene, execute opening and closing related work, and keep equipment clean and in good operating condition.

Requirements:

1. Have some cooking experience, especially in Chinese cuisine preparation, will be given priority.

3. Maintain an optimistic and positive attitude, be willing to continuously learn new skills, and adapt to the development needs of the restaurant business.

4. Follow the work schedule (8 hours/day, 11:00-20:00), with 5 days off per month, and the specific time can be negotiated together.

5. Have a basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations, and strictly enforce relevant operating standards.

Working location is at OasisTea in Chai Wan, 1/F, 104, Qiyuan Building, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong, with convenient transportation (near Exit D1 of Tseung Kwan O Station)
