Purchasing Clerk / Associate

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>Provide full support to the sales team and purchasing team as daily routine.<br>Monitor and arrange the delivery schedule with customer and logistic parties.<br>Follow up orders and manage customer’s information.<br>Perform day-to-day operations including sourcing, costing, price negotiation, sampling and shipping arrangement.<br>Responsible for preparing purchasing orders with overseas suppliers.<br>Liaise with internal and external parties throughout the workflow to ensure smooth operation.<br>Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.<br></p> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <p>University graduate or post-secondary education with 1-year relevant work experience<br>Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin<br>Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing<br>Strong sense of responsibility with excellent problem solving skills<br>Able to work under pressure and independently<br>Immediate available would be an advantage</p>
