Job Description:
Provide full support to the sales team and purchasing team as daily routine.
Monitor and arrange the delivery schedule with customer and logistic parties.
Follow up orders and manage customer’s information.
Perform day-to-day operations including sourcing, costing, price negotiation, sampling and shipping arrangement.
Responsible for preparing purchasing orders with overseas suppliers.
Liaise with internal and external parties throughout the workflow to ensure smooth operation.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
University graduate or post-secondary education with 1-year relevant work experience
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Strong sense of responsibility with excellent problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure and independently
Immediate available would be an advantage
