Job Description

Responsibility 1: On-site monitoring and shift management of the computer room

● Work tasks:

b. Execute screen monitoring, real-time confirmation of the data center operation status, timely identification, reporting of events, alarms and failures;

c. Conduct follow-up inspections, verify data center operation data and report abnormal data.

Responsibility two: daily and emergency operations of infrastructure equipment

● Work tasks:

a. Perform operations and monitoring at the site of this project's computer room;

c. Accurately and thoroughly record equipment operating parameters, and complete parameter input and summarization;

d. During the inspection and parameter summarization process, if any abnormalities are found, they must be immediately reported according to the process and the entire event handling process must be fully recorded;

e. Rapid response and completion of emergency handling of sudden events, timely reporting in accordance with regulations;

f. For changes, events, etc., you must report them immediately and communicate them in real time;

g. Assist engineers and technicians in carrying out emergency event response.

● Work tasks:

b. Receive event and alarm work orders, and immediately notify on-site FM supervisor;

c. Regional backup position: If 3 minutes have not been completed within the order or notification and announcement, the backup facility group will actively remind and synchronize the announcement.

Position requirements

Educational background

● Educational requirements: Full-time diploma or above;

● Professional requirements: Electrical and mechanical or computer science related;

Work experience

● Work experience: 1 year or above;

Skill requirements

● Familiar with industry standards, regulations and procedures, and various business operations;

● Strong sense of responsibility, able to take into account the interests of multiple parties such as the company, data center, and customers, and ensure the stable operation of the data center;
