Duties include:

Responsible for the shooting and post-production editing (including subtitle addition, sound effect processing, special effect packaging, etc.) of short videos, promotional films, micro-movies, etc., to ensure the quality of the finished product.

According to the script requirements, complete the design of the split screen, on-site shooting scheduling and post-production editing, and optimize video playback volume, interaction rate and conversion effect.

2. Content planning and hot topic tracking

Combine platform characteristics (such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu) to formulate short video strategies and plan creative content that meets user needs.

3. Team collaboration and project management

Coordinate camera, special effects, and other team resources, and control project progress and artistic quality.

Job Requirements

1. Software operations: Proficient in PR, AE, Quik, etc. editing software, some positions need to master FCP, PS or AIGC tools.

2. Shooting ability: Familiar with camera/slr operations, professional control of composition, lighting, and sound, and able to complete shooting tasks independently.

3. Bachelor's degree or above, film and television directing, journalism and communication, advertising-related majors are preferred.

4. 1 to 3 years of short video production experience, those with cases on platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin are preferred.
