Responsible for daily administrative support work, including file sorting, data input, meeting scheduling and recording, telephone and visitor reception, etc.;
Assist the supervisor in schedule management and itinerary coordination, including meeting reservations, travel arrangements (air tickets, accommodation, transportation, etc.) and related logistics support;
Handle internal cross-department communication and coordination affairs, ensure accurate and timely information transmission;
Support projects or temporary tasks, such as report consolidation, slide preparation, and event planning.
Work requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with basic information system operation skills (such as email system, internal OA platform, video conferencing tools, etc.);
Have excellent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English, be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and be able to handle bilingual file writing, translation and telephone handling independently;
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, strong confidentiality awareness, good at time management and multitasking, and able to complete various delivery tasks on time and of high quality;
One year or more of administrative, secretarial or related job experience; fresh graduates who perform well during their internship are also welcome to apply;
Familiar with Hong Kong's local administrative operations and common business practices, familiar with basic accounting/fiscal procedures is preferred;
Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependents' visa, and other legal work qualifications in Hong Kong.
