Job Responsibilities

Systematically learn and memorize the basic information of major development projects and secondary housing estates in Hong Kong, covering geographical location, developer background, management company, year of entry, and market positioning, etc.
In-depth understanding of the entire process of Hong Kong real estate buying and leasing, including the signing of preliminary and formal sales contracts, mortgage application, stamp duty calculation, transfer procedures and related time nodes
Learn and comply with the Estate Agents Ordinance, the Sale of First-hand Residential Properties Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations, and master the key compliance issues such as license application, commission agreement, client data confidentiality

Work requirements

Have basic computer operations skills, be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word to sort and archive data, and those with CRM system experience are preferred
Highly interested in the real estate industry, willing to actively learn about the real estate market, policy changes, and regional development plans
Have good communication skills and polite attitude, and be able to cooperate with the team to complete customer reception, telephone inquiries and data recovery Support work
Good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, able to accurately understand the content of sales brochures, lease templates and government notices
Can be flexible with work arrangements, full-time employees need to work 5 days per week; part-time employees need to attend at least 3 days per week and be able to adapt to irregular field inspections and weekend support
