Job Responsibilities:
Plan and implement activities to build and foster strong connections with various strategic stakeholder groups, including Government entities and external business partners in both Hong Kong and mainland China
Act as an Event Planner/ Adviser in various internal and external activities, organize all aspects from sourcing and planning to logistics and execution;
Maintain high standards and develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and track progress against key milestones and debrief for all events;
Supervise the team member, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices;
Support to senior management in both business and personal matters;
Support general office administrative operations;
Assisting in preparing the annual budget and tracking expenditures;
Perform other ad-hoc duties to the team as assigned;
Occasional travel maybe required.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Management, Administration or related field;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, experience as an assistant to chairman is an advantage;
Preferred experience with state-owned enterprises and in liaising with government and external business parties;
PRC Graduate, TTPS and IANG candidates are welcome;
Outgoing personality, skilled in communication and socializing, with good interpersonal and public relations skills;
Attention to detail with strong adaptability and problem-solving abilities, able to work effectively under pressure;
Great self-motivation, self-discipline and team spirit;
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
Good IT knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
