Collaborate with sales to do product pre-sales price transmission and demonstration based on customer needs, assist with follow-up, and ensure order completion</p><p>2. Responsible for product delivery and after-sales training, ensure customer product application, and achieve customer success</p><p>3. Customize training solutions based on customer needs, covering basic to advanced and industry application skills.</p><p>4. Use online and offline multiple ways to help customers familiar with the software and improve the use effect.</p><p>5. Instantly answer customer software usage questions, provide solutions, and ensure business operations. </p><p>Three. Problem feedback and collaborative solution</p><p>1. Responsible for communicating with the group's production line, quickly and accurately feeding back customer problems and optimization suggestions to R&D and other departments, and driving software improvement.</p><p>2. Assist in reproducing and testing development issues, provide on-site data, and accelerate problem resolution.</p><p>3. Collaborate with other departments to follow up on problem resolution progress and promptly inform customers of the results and timeline.</p><p>Four. Market information collection and analysis</p><p>1. Monitor overseas construction industry dynamics, policies and competitive products, analyze data to provide reference for the company's strategy and R&D. </p><p>2. Combine software advantages with customer needs, industry trends, and propose market promotion and product optimization strategies.</p><p>Five. Project implementation and after-sales support</p><p>1. Participate in software overseas project implementation, collaborate with customer team, and ensure software deployment meets the requirements.</p><p>2. Provide on-site technical support and training during project implementation, and solve various problems. </p><p></p><p>A. Education and profession</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, architecture, civil engineering, cost estimation, computer science, etc. related professional is preferred.</p><p>2. Familiar with building design, familiar with cost estimation process and work, and understand the overseas construction market situation. </p><p>II. Language skills</p><p>1. Proficient in Cantonese and English for communication</p><p>2. Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, CET - 4 and above is preferred.</p><p>Three. Work experience</p><p></p><p>2. Familiar with software project process, have project management experience, and be able to coordinate resources to promote the project.</p><p>IV. Skills and Qualifications</p><p>1. Hold a BIM Manager certificate from the Hong Kong Construction Association</p><p>2. Will be able to use the entire series of Cubicost software products from Guanglianda</p><p>3. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to meet the translation and conversion work between local customer needs and group developers.</p><p>4.
